Men's Golf team named Region X Team of the Year

On Behalf of Flying Eagles Athletics, we would like to give a HUGE congratulations to our very own Men’s Golf team on being named the Region X Team of the Year. This historic team is made up of the following athletes.

When asked about his Men’s team, here is what Head Coach Bryan Greenway had to say “Our Southwest golf program has been blessed by this group of young men. Off the course they are great student/athletes who get it done in the classroom. On the course they are grinders who find a way to overcome obstacles and get the ball in the hole.  A group that's always looking for ways to improve and that's very evident in the way they continued to improve throughout the season. With the culmination coming at the district tournament, where they definitely saved the best for last. Posting their best 3 rounds of the year at this tournament. This effort earned them the Region X team title. Coach David Tayloe and I feel extremely blessed to be associated with these guys and this program. The future is looking really bright for the Southwest golf team and we're excited about our new recruits joining these guys next year and looking to improve and build off of these successes.“
