Noronha, Mitchell, and Cabada-Perry earn Men's Soccer All-Region Honors
Freshman Salvador Forte Vaz De Noronha, a native of Thretford England, was named to the All-Region 2nd team for the first time in his career. The forward led the Flying Eagles with 12 goals during the 2024 season, a number that placed him 2nd in the region to end the regular season and at one point was tied for 8th in the NJCAA. Noronha set the school record for goals in a season and total points.
Sophomore Rivaldo Mitchell was named to the All-Region 2nd team for the first time in his career. The Center back from Trinidad and Tobago was an anchor for the Flying Eagles defense who made his presence known. Mitchell was also a presence on the attack providing a long throw that the team was able to use to their advantage. This is the first All-Region award for his career.
Sophomore Xavier Cabada-Perry was named All-Region Honorable Mention. Serving as captain for the Flying Eagles the past two seasons, Cabada-Perry has been a influential piece to the program. The Canadian native finished the season with 3 goals, proving to be a key force on set pieces for the Flying Eagles. This is Cabada-Perry’s second All-Region award in his career after earning 2nd Team All-Region in 2023.
